Customer/Member Service:  I have developed exceptional Customer/Member service skill through regularly interacting with members, responding to inquiries, and resolving related issues.  This experience has honed my ability to approach any situation with empathy, patience, and efficiency, which is crucial I provide excellent service.

I have 20 plus years of experience in consumer and mortgage lending and banking.  

I continue my education with every position I hold.
