Vast Experience in troubleshooting IAM issues and related (Active Directory, SailPoint) processes at level 1,2 & 3.
Extensive experience with Oracle's Identity & Access Management tools like 'Oracle Access Manager (OAM / Oblix 9i, 10g and 11g )', 'Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)'.
Experience with ITIL methodology for Service, Change and Incident management, Basic knowledge of public cloud providers (i.e. Azure, AWS); Intermediate knowledge of Windows/Linux operating system.
Worked as Scrum Master by hosting daily standup calls, Create User stories, Sprint review calls, assisting Product owner with product backlogs, remove roadblocks/RIDA’s using VersionOne tool.
Experience in handling 24/7 on-call support for the IAM platform for supporting application Integration issues, user password and access related issues.
Knowledge on scripting languages like PowerShell, Shell, SQL and Perl scripts.
Experience working with BMC Remedy, Request Center and ServiceNow by Maintaining Customer SLA’s.
Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, organizational and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to build productive relationships with peers. Able to work efficiently as independent or as a part of a team.
Having strong skills in performing root cause analysis for any infrastructure related issues.
