Experience

Strategic construction and project management leader with over a decade of experience delivering complex infrastructure, rail, healthcare, transportation, and transit projects across the U.S. Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with FRA, FTA, OSHA, and AREMA standards. Roles have spanned field supervision, inspection, operations, and executive-level coordination, including:

Superintendent – Led site development projects ahead of schedule and under budget, enforcing safety and quality standards.

Construction Manager – Oversaw public sector rail projects, authored operational manuals, and implemented PM systems.

Engineer IV / Inspector – Delivered QA/QC for $1.6B light rail and environmental projects, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Project Manager – Managed commercial construction schedules, budgets, and subcontractor readiness.

Co-Owner / Operations – Founded and ran a construction business focused on international technical education.

Resident Engineer – Directed field installations and contract oversight for a $1.1B light rail extension.

Lead Rail Inspector – Provided safety oversight for Class 1–3 railroads and mentored inspection teams.

Operations Manager – Boosted logistics and warehouse efficiency, achieving major profit increases through SOPs and tech upgrades exceeding $1B, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, FRA, FTA, AREMA, ASHE), and leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and under budget.
