My work experience is a position as a barista at Starbucks within Target from May 2023 to September 2023. In this role, I demonstrated exceptional customer service skills by ensuring a positive experience for customers, managed multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, collaborated effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations, gained extensive knowledge of Starbucks products, and handled transactions accurately and efficiently.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media and Communications at National Louis University, with an expected completion date between 2023 and 2027. This educational background provides me with a strong foundation in media studies and communication principles, preparing me for a career in the field.
