I take pride in assisting clients from a wide range of industries in maximizing current processes to obtain organizational  desired outcomes and a high level of overall success within the company. 

Not only do I observe and offer advice, but most importantly I work along side the front line leadership team With a hands on approach. 
 

This helps to improve the culture of the business and provides upper level management to focus on other areas of improvement within their organization. 

Highly skilled leader passionate about managing/coaching individuals and large teams to surpass expectations, create an efficient working environment that allows for the upmost quality without jeopardizing safety. I embrace strategic thinking to over come challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement within the organization. 

I have a proven and developing skill set acquired through years of  leadership experience with in a wide range of different industries.

These include airline/transportation, logistics/distribution, and manufacturing operations. (pharmaceutical and automotive). 

60 college credits acquired from Kankakee community college with a 3.75 GPA.

Currently finishing my bachelors of science degree in organizational leadership with Olivet Nazarene University.
