With over 20 years of experience across healthcare, PBM, transportation, and aviation, I lead root cause analysis (RCA/CAPA), audit readiness, and cross-functional projects that reduce risk and improve efficiency.


 

At Optum Rx, I lead enterprise reliability reviews and process improvement initiatives that translate complex IT and operational challenges into clear, actionable plans.
