Tyler Johnson

I have been working in the industry for 15 years starting with working security and eventually moving to bartending. I have been behind the bar for 10 years. I have only worked at 4 different bars and am still at the same place I started bartending at. I am very much looking to expand my horizons in the industry and try something new!

As a working professional I started off as a Personal Trainer while I was working in security. Excelling at this job which was as much sales as it was training clients I moved into a management role at LA Fitness. This eventually led me to become an insurance producer for State Farm. All the while I was still bartending for Leny's Place and found that bartending is what I truly love to do. When covid hit I left my insurance job and became a full time bartender and haven't looked back!

I completed my associate's degree in science two quarters out of high school because I chose to enroll in the Running Start Program. I would not say that is “relevant” education to the restaurant/bar industry but my 10+ years behind the bar has been my education in this field. I excel in a fast paced, high stress environment all while giving guests exceptional service.
