Ty Gunther

I’m Ty, an Occupational Safety & Health professional with a strong background in sales, consulting, and nonprofit leadership. I’m currently completing my master’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health at Columbia Southern University, while also working as an Outside Sales Representative at Interior Fusion in Jacksonville, FL.

My career bridges safety management, fire suppression systems, and hazard control with relationship-driven sales and outreach. I’m also the founder of a nonprofit focused on sports, wellness, and community impact.

On BeeBee, I’m looking to connect with safety professionals, business leaders, and community partners who share a passion for protecting people, improving workplaces, and building lasting relationships.

While I am building my formal career in Occupational Safety & Health, my background in sales and client services has given me strong experience in safety-related areas.

Interior Fusion (Outside Sales Representative) – Partnered with general contractors and facility directors to provide safe and ergonomic workplace solutions. This role involved understanding compliance standards in office and industrial environments, helping clients select furniture systems that supported employee health, comfort, and productivity.

ADT Security Services (Sales & Customer Solutions) – Worked directly with businesses and homeowners to implement fire, security, and monitoring systems. This included evaluating customer risks, recommending NFPA-compliant fire suppression and alarm systems, and educating clients on system use for life safety and property protection.

Across both roles, I’ve gained experience in hazard awareness, client education, and compliance-driven solutions—skills that directly support my transition into a professional safety role. Combined with my academic training in Occupational Safety & Health, I bring both a practical and preventative mindset to keeping people and workplaces safe.
