- Provide administrative support in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, onboarding, and training employees; performance management; and conflict resolution.

- Assist with monitoring medical care provided to consumers. This includes taking consumers on medical appointments to support the House Supervisor if needed. Collaborate with the Nursing department to ensure all medical appointments are being completed and the flow of medical paperwork is functioning well.

- Maintain a working knowledge of agency policies & procedures, DHS Rules 115, 116, and 50, the
- AFSCME Bargaining agreement, CARF, BALC and all accreditation standards for quality assurance.
- Supervision of QIDP and QIDP Trainees.
- Review daily incident reports, complete CIRAS hospitalization reporting within 24-horus, and complete
- preliminary abuse/neglect investigations.
- Ensure timely completion of QIDP & DSP performance evaluations.
- Rotation of oncall schedule.
- Provide QIDP supervision and quality assurance of on-the-job training.
- Serve as the IT liaison to GAD group for all CILA locations.
- Serve as a DSP curriculum instructor and coordinate QIDP staff training and maintenance of up-to-date
- training files.
- Document and respond to inquiries or requests for residential services.
- Complete ROC case opening and closing.
- Coordination of Interdisciplinary Team process: supervision and oversight of HSMS files, review and
- approval of behavior & service plans assessments IDT recommendations, and service request of
- guardians and program participants.
- Assist Dept. Dir. In scheduling of professional assessments. (Such as Nutrition, Psychological, Behavior,
- etc.).
- Provide consumer personal banking signature, money management program, and CILA credit card
- purchase authorization.
- Develop, train, and maintain money management program.
- Authorization and oversight of lead staff of lead staff medical appointments and activities schedules.
- Serve as a member on Health & Safety, Human Rights, Labor/Management, Leadership and Behavior
- Committees.
- Coordinate the preliminary steps OIG abuse/neglect investigations.
- Advocate for participant rights and adherence to a professional code of ethics.
- Conduct periodic IDT audits and environmental inspections.
- Complete new admission social history reports.
