Tucker Ingram

My name is Tucker Ingram and I am a recent college graduate from UCF in Digital Media. My focus during my education was on User Interface/User Experience. However, my focus for a career is significantly larger. I have had an internship that include significant work with an Oracle team specifically DBA responsibilities. My other internship was focused on website content and look and feel to enable and improve their throughput. I have also been working on getting my Salesforce Administrator Certification (Trailblazer), and have been pivoting my focus on towards this as well as Database Administration.

• Assisted to RPA Database Management and Automation
• Automated an error reporting tool for an important database in Bash script.
o This saved them time and prevented further errors.
• Performed detailed checklist on Database Set-up
o Familiar with detailed checklists given out for technical updates and how to follow and complete such checklists
BETSOL

Digital Marketing Intern
• Identified and repaired the responsiveness issues on the Rebitgo product page
o I helped locate a resizing error and fixed it by using browser diagnostic tools.
• Collaborated with India Team to update the BETSOL website careers page
o Familiar with working with team members in different time zones and the strategies to navigate language and cultural barriers.
• Modified PowerPoints to fit company brand guidelines
o Learned the importance of style guides, as well as the important features of style guides.
