Experience
In my previous role as a Service Coordinator, I provided comprehensive support to individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions. Acting as a liaison for clients' benefits—such as private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security—I advocated on their behalf to resolve discrepancies. My responsibilities included a wide range of clerical tasks, such as scheduling appointments and meetings, managing phone calls and emails, maintaining accurate records, updating databases, tracking progress, creating and monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. These duties were vital to supporting my clients and keeping team members informed, fostering an efficient and cohesive environment. Throughout my employment history I aimed to be resourceful and efficient by making sure each client’s needs were being met. In my most recent position as a Merchandise Coordinator I played a vital role in flowing products onto the sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and aligned with consumer demands. I was trained on retail software (Zebra), inventory control, sale strategies, and customer behavior, Residential organizing refined my ability to quickly understand and resolve my clients’ issues, often turning challenging situations into positive experiences. With my patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills, I am confident that I will succeed at staying on task with meeting sales goals and creating lasting in store customer experiences for shoppers.
