I aim to leverage my background in business immigration law to effectively advocate for my clients. My past roles have required meticulous analysis of and adherence to State and Federal laws, ensuring client satisfaction and legal compliance. The competencies I have honed in my career, such as drafting critical correspondence, managing client documentation, will always underpin my work.

As a Business Immigration Attorney at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., I assist a variety of corporate clients in an array of industries with obtaining employment-based visas, both nonimmigrant and immigrant, for their professional workforce. This includes new hires, existing employees, and international intra-company transfers. I provide guidance based on immigration policies and applicable state and federal laws, communicating directly with clients' employee workforces as well as their client contacts to determine each specific case strategy and provide insight to the overarching process. I also prepare communications, applications, and petitions to be submitted to federal agencies such as USCIS and DOL.
