Worked in the restaurant business for over 10+ years. From front of the house to the back of the house. Understanding opening and closing procedures for POS systems and register operations. Setting tables, chairs, utensil’s for service. Understand time and temperature in prepping food. Worked on all different cooking stations. Have a firm understanding in sauté, deep frying, stir frying, grilling, flat grills,  garde manger process.

Education

I went to a cooking school in Hawaii. Studied hospitality and started to work in this field for the past 10 years.
