Experienced Development Manager leading integrated teams to site, acquire, and permit sites for a variety of infrastructure, including natural gas storage and pipelines, water treatment, solution mining, hydrogen supply, and solar power facilities, and international oil and gas exploration. Hands on experience working with regulatory agencies, landowners, local government, and other stake holders, and managing environmental, engineering and legal support to find solution to siting challenges.

Experience

Development Manager for over twenty infrastructure origination and development, and technology maturation projects working for large corporations, start-up's, private equity, and individual investors; including, natural gas storage and pipelines, liquefied natural gas supply and regasification, crude oil processing, water desalination, hydrogen electrolysis, PV solar, and solution mining of salt.   Domestic U.S. and international projects.

Education

Ph. D., Earth and Environmental Sciences, City University of New York, New York, and M. S. Geology, Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia.
