I am motivated by roles pertaining to supply chain, operational improvement, sales, marketing, and human resources within environmentally conscious renewable energy firms. My interest lies in being part of innovative projects that utilize, develop, and distribute renewable/clean resources and promote sustainable practices. In my previous roles, I have gained valuable experience across various industries. At MFS Investment Management, I served as a Customer Service Representative. During this time, I effectively managed a high volume of phone calls related to retirement plans, annuities, and mutual fund accounts. I was responsible for resolving both financial and non-financial requests, ensuring exceptional customer support and maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, I played a crucial role in facilitating communication between brokers and the Sales team to address inquiries and provide solutions.

In my position as a Revenue Consultant at Cerner Corporation, I provided valuable recommendations to the Claims Department, resulting in improved revenue cycle metrics for healthcare clients. I actively assisted with back-office workflows, implementing successful design concepts to deliver reporting metric recommendations to clients. Furthermore, I worked closely with clients to educate them on service line workflows and ensure the successful execution of designed systems. I supported the Project Manager in effectively communicating with clients, vendors, team members, and leaders, addressing project-related issues, risks, and needs.

Additionally, I served as a Professor Assistant in Arabic Studies at the University of Rhode Island. In this role, I successfully coached and supervised diverse classrooms, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. I provided personalized feedback to students, proctored exams to ensure academic integrity, and revised lesson plans while designing instructional materials to enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes.

Throughout my work experience, I have developed strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. I am adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments. Through experiential learning methods such as real-world business challenges, consulting projects, and case studies, I gained valuable hands-on experience that honed my critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and presentation skills. Additionally, I chose to specialize in process improvement and operational development, allowing me to deepen my expertise in streamlining business operations and driving organizational efficiency. This specialized knowledge has equipped me with the tools and strategies to make a tangible impact in optimizing business processes and achieving sustainable growth.
