I am somewhat of a new Phlebotomist, I spent a year and a few months working with some of the best certified phlebotomists at Pikeville Medical Center as a team of phlebotomists assigned certain floors to ensure PCTs difficult sticks as well as had my own floor to stick. I am very passionate about patient care and following HIPPA standards.
