Timothy Shade

I've retired once from the State of Minnesota in 2015. I took a couple of years off to work on the house and cabin, then was recruited to JLL (Jones, Lange, LaSalle) on a General Motors account as the Maintenance Supervisor. I resigned in January of 2023 to care for my wife who was battling cancer. She passed in September of that year. I have experience with all heavy equipment, and customer service and have probably done just about every job known to man. I'm looking at working as an environmental technician at the Clean Harbors future site in Forest Lake.

I started my professional life as a painter/manager at my family's Auto Body shop, for ten years then left the business to get into the hearing aid industry for about ten years. I started out supervising the shell lab then moved into the plant manager. From there I went back to college to get my associate degree in psychology and did an intern position for a year while working at Rexton hearing aid manufacturing. I didn't get the job I was applying for, so I moved on to working for at the time NSP, at the Black Dog Power plant in Burnsville, MN. There I was trained in all aspects of the plant, including driving all heavy equipment and disposal of plant waste. While working there I got my General Contractors license and started building houses while working at NSP. There are at least 20 different jobs I've worked at, but it would take me an hour to log them onto this page. My resume covers pretty much most of my positions if needed.

I've recently been certified in all OSHA conditions in an open structure environment, including Forklift certification and a license to train employees on forklifts.
