I’ve led sprint planning, refinement, releases, and capacity management; built and governed large Jira backlogs (8,000+ issues created); and driven measurable improvements in velocity, bug management, and team communication. As a BA, I gather and translate stakeholder requirements, create MoSCoW-prioritized Jira tickets, develop wireframes/mockups, and partner closely with engineering using TDD and SME practices, with documentation managed in Confluence.
