About Thomas John:

   I am a nationally recognized top revenue producer and leader in New Client Sales for over 20 years. Now I would like to combine my nationally awarded sales background and my passion for the golf industry and combine them to be a team member in the area of Director of New Client Sales and Memberships.  I know the importance of attracting and developing new client leads and converting them to new client sales.    I manage all the new client calls from the initial call to the appointment setting and then meeting with prospective clients and signing of the sales agreements.  I am also the lead salesperson whenever anyone needs assistance in "closing" a client and overcoming objections.  I emphasize detail follow-up, customer service, confidence and integrity in a highly competitive market.  I am also a toastmaster and National Finalist (DECA) for impromptu communications.  I take pride in my work and it shows in my 94% closing rate amongst clients that are directed to our firm.  I've prepared several sales consultation meetings and even assisted in the marketing and capitalization and conversion of new sales leads. 

 

   In addition to handling current clients I’ve developed and currently certified in Google Expert campaigns which consist of “organic” PPC campaign building without the use of artificial Google AI.  This approach produces  cleaner more cost effective ads.  I also build and maintain Google GMP (formally Google GMB) as well as development of specific landing pages and campaign building for a specific niche for all types of retail practices.
