· Reported to Certified Radiography Technologists and worked under supervision of many technologists
and gaining knowledge and skills will need to further improve ability to succeed as a Radiologic
Technologist.
· Gained knowledge and experience in Fluoroscopy, X-ray, Trauma Situations
Portable X-ray and Sterile Surgery Fluoroscopy.
· Performed Diagnostic Imaging Examinations requested by physicians and reporting completed
Diagnostic Imaging examinations to Licensed Technologist and the
Radiologists.
· Maintained Patient and Employee confidentiality throughout time at Yale New
Haven Health.
· Duties included warming up the x-ray machines, checking and restocking linen, and cleaning the
Cassettes both erasure of any exposure it may have obtained and disinfecting the exterior.
· Learned the expected Diagnostic Imaging Protocols and was able to successfully carry them out with
proper shielding to patient and employees.
