Teressa Besaw

I have run my own consulting business for the past 6 years to provide consulting services to local non profit organizations. I have lead the community through program development, implementation and provided program management to best meet the needs of those accessing services.  I have been the Lead for local efforts around data collection to meet federal grant requirements, providing training for new users, technical assistance to users and programs in establishing their projects in a required database, and provided ongoing technical support throughout the reporting and reviewing process. I wear many hats in my role, and  I am seeking a new challenge .

I have led teams in several different programs through community action services to provide wrap around services to those most in need.  In my professional career I have been the director of several programs and have provided team management, program development, extensive community presentations, fundraising, grant writing and provided leadership throughout my roles in a forward thinking process.
