Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, my expertise lies in leveraging data-driven
insights to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety across operations. My technical
skills include troubleshooting Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems,
programming in Linux, and utilizing 3D printing to streamline processes. I am proficient
in Lean Manufacturing principles, with a proven record of implementing strategies that
elevate workforce involvement and foster continuous improvement.

Believes in Servant Leadership, empowering people to achieve seemingly impossible

Recently completed my Bachelors degree in Organizational leadership and achieved my Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Also hold an active OSHA 10 certification, have had HAZWOPER, MSHA certifications in the past as well as a Class A CDL.
