About Taylor Alessi:

I am currently studying abroad in Italy, in my Junior year spring. I attend the University of Massachusetts Amherst majoring in Management with a concentration in human resources and a minor in education. I'm very passionate about helping others and always put my best foot forward.  I pride myself on being a hard worker that works well with others.

My most recent job was as a human resources intern at Pathways Healthcare. In this position I worked with different members of the HR team learning what they each do, including compliance, onboarding, recruiting and the general manager.
