Currently, I work as a Service Engineer at Packsize, where I optimize automated systems, enhance customer relationships, and manage inventory. In addition, I run Gregory Maintenance and Repair, providing automotive repair and fabrication services. Previously, as a Certified Service Technician at Intuitive Surgical, I gained experience in process optimization, SAP integration, and quality control.

Beyond my technical roles, I am passionate about mentorship and education, volunteering as a STEM tutor to help students engage with engineering and technology. I earned a B.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Memphis, with a focus on Microprocessors & System Network Administration, graduating with a 3.6 GPA in May 2024. My coursework included electrical fields and circuits, digital technology, microprocessor technology, computer programming, and transformative technology, giving me a strong foundation in both hardware and software systems.

In addition to my degree, I have earned multiple certifications, including ASE Certifications in Maintenance/Light Repair and Engine Repair, Starrett Slide Measuring and Caliper Certifications, OSHA Certification, and the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Certification.
