I’m an operations-focused professional with over 10 years of experience supporting business operations, reporting, and customer service in fast-paced environments. I’m known for creating structure where processes don’t yet exist by building workflows, documentation, and training materials that improve consistency and accuracy.

In my current role, I lead overnight operations, generate financial and operational reports, export and reconcile data in Excel, and distribute reports to management using Google Workspace. I also train new team members, create step-by-step guides, and organize shared files so leadership can easily access critical information.

I’m currently pursuing an A.S. in Data Analytics / Computer Science and am seeking entry-level corporate opportunities in operations, administrative support, or business analysis where I can contribute strong organization, reporting, and process-building skills.

My background includes cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and proactive problem-solving to support smooth daily operations.

I’m currently completing my final semester at San Jose City College as a Computer Science major, with graduation expected in May 2026. My coursework focuses on foundational programming, data analysis, technical problem-solving, and a math-oriented curriculum, along with exposure to entry-level programming languages including Java and Python. I plan to transfer to continue my studies after graduation and am actively building practical skills in technology, data, and business operations to support entry-level corporate and analytical roles.
