With a strong foundation in nursing and advanced training in health management and policy, I have successfully designed and scaled programs focused on HIV prevention and treatment, maternal and child health, and results-based financing across Zimbabwe. I have over 10 years of progressive experience leading public health programs and strengthening health systems, with a focus on HIV prevention, maternal and child health, and results-based financing. My work with organizations such as Bantwana, OPHID, CORDAID, and MERLIN has consistently improved health outcomes, expanded service delivery, and enhanced the sustainability of community health systems.
