Tara Land

"Kansas City" native Tara Land came to Colorado just three years ago. With a marketing degree under her belt, she started the journey to the Roaring Fork Valley from Pittsburg State University. With its unparalleled outdoor lifestyle, Colorado became her home. As the Director of First Impressions for Keller Williams, her enthusiasm for real estate blossomed throughout her time in high school. She began her career in Snowmass. While there, she helped with the launching and closing of three major developments in Snowmass Base Village. Skiing, hiking, and hanging out with friends are some of Tara's favorite things to do. Because of her enthusiastic nature and strong work ethic, she is thrilled to begin her career and obtain her real estate license and her Colorado journey.

Supported in the beginning and finalization of three Snowmass Base Village development projects. Collaborating with Electric Pass Lodge, Cirque X Viceroy, and Aura's sales staff in Snowmass Base Village. We have made over $450 million in sales. Carry out project-based work, assist with marketing coordination for more than sixteen brokers, and supervise Snowmass Base operations under the guidance of East West Partners. I work closely with many departments in Snowmass Base Village and assist with marketing, communications, and public relations. Acquiring knowledge of various systems and platforms is just as important as becoming proficient in the Microsoft suite of products when it comes to computers.
