I am confident, experienced and I lead with Integrity. I have a great personality that make me easy to work and to create contacts with contractors, and the ability to create lasting impressions on guest visiting our hotel to ensure they choose us on their next dream vacation!

Since 2003 I have owned my own company, sometimes ran at part time status so I could pursue school and community development. Since 2018 I have run my company in Ocean City MD successfully. I worked as a On boarder for the popular short term vacation rental company Vacasa for 1 year. From their I decided to continue my company full time. I have built over 20 customers in my client base, and I am a vendor for Vacasa and Turnkey. I usually have about 5 independent contractors however I have had 15 employees at one time. I am excited that I am able to continue to build contacts and business with my education and skills. 

I am excited to bring over 18 years of experience to your Hotel to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. I have a certificate in Entrepreneurship for business development from 2015 at Delaware Technical Institution.  In 2015 I also attended Staged Homes.com in Lancaster PA and interned IN DC  for Accredited Home Staging. Here I learned how to be detail oriented to make sure homes, hotels and condos have the perfect touch to make them extra special, appealing and bring in the appropriate finances. In 2008 I became  Mediator where I learned how to effectively resolve Conflict. I was the guest Teen Court Judge of Caroline County.
