As a Professional Development Specialist, I support attorneys throughout their professional lifecycle by ensuring seamless onboarding, compliance, and continuing legal education. I provide guidance on admissions and MCLE requirements, serve as an internal expert on evolving regulations across core jurisdictions, and oversee CLE tracking, approvals, and related expenses. 

I research and recommend training opportunities through the firm resources such as PLI, deliver orientation and collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure reciprocity credits and compliance standards are met. 

In addition to Professional Development, I bring experience in recruiting, coordinating candidates, onboarding processes, and supporting staff. Skilled in office coordination, assisting in payroll processes, and records management.
