Statement of Interest
Through my development from my immediate undergraduate degree goal towards my long-term objectives for clinical drug discovery, I have continued to accumulate knowledge and establish a strong foundation in my profession. It is my general confidence that working within the field of chemistry will help me to identify a more well-defined understanding of research principle of drug discovery and design. Ultimately, I desire to enter graduate school and begin research within the disciplines of pharmacology, toxicology, and biomedical chemistry. I am skilled and experienced in research, laboratory data analysis, chemical problem solving and MS Office. I am keenly interested in problem solving standards of excellence and safety. My present inclination for research leans towards molecular pharmacology, drug discovery, molecular mechanisms, epidemiology, neuropharmacology, or biotransformation programs. These chemical applications have the potential of to save human lives. I’ll venture to enrich my experiences with exhaustive understanding of how my talents and interests may most effectively be used to increase health wellness.
