• Oversaw and developed emergency procedures, general liability insurance claims management, conduct quality assurance audits reports gaps to upper management, training and development of team and department managers.
• CPR Instructor, Mediator (10 yrs),  Spanish (intermediate), Interview and Interrogations (Reid), Verbal de-escalation, San Antonio Police Academy for Security Professionals training on Surveillance Detection.

• Military Experience (Army - Military Police) - learned the importance of completing the job first. Development of leadership skills.
