I have 20+ years of combined construction, maintenance, mechanical and event experience that includes over 8 years in leadership roles. My track record with City of Las Vegas, Nevada State, Oregon State, City of Portland alongside running my own company demonstrates my ability to excel in every position I hold. I have also had the opportunity to further my education in Construction Management with CSN as well as completing Nevada State training through Management Academy Series.

I have experience in the fundamentals with multiple trades and aspects of construction. I have knowledge and experience with managing and scheduling work loads of employees as well as contractors and vendors alike. I take pride in having the ability to build positive team relationships which allows work and projects to be completed on time and within budget. 

In my roles throughout my career as well as growing up in a multicultural environment, this has giving me the ability to communicate and meet the needs of diverse audiences in work and personal life.
