Stephen Rausa

I am a family-oriented, hardworking individual with a strong athletic background, having played high school football and baseball, as well as college baseball. My experience as a player and coach has shaped my leadership, teamwork, and dedication. I take pride in my strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges. Currently, I am preparing to relocate to Boise, Idaho where I look forward to new opportunities both personally and professionally. 

I have a diverse professional background in sales, masonry, customer service, and patient transport. With experience in retail, credit card processing, and hospitality, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. My roles have involved engaging with customers, handling transactions, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless operations. Additionally, my masonry experience has reinforced my work ethic and attention to detail. I thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and am eager to apply my skills to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Eastern New Mexico University, where I balanced academics and being a dedicated college athlete. My education enhanced my communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, which I apply in professional settings.
