Biography:
- Graduated from NWSCC’s ADN Program in 1996
- Worked at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in the Post-Operative Unit for 8 years, served as Charge Nurse for 6.5 years.
- Graduated from UNA’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program in 1999
- Graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2001 with a Master of Science in Nursing Administration
- Adjunct Nursing Instructor for the University of North Alabama for four years
- Adjunct Nursing Instructor for Northwest-Shoals Community College for four years, Full-time Nursing Instructor from 2006-2011
- Completed the Post-Master’s Nursing Education Program at the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2007
- Graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s Doctor of Nursing Practice Program in May of 2011
- Currently, Health Science Teacher and Future Health Professionals (HOSA) Club Sponsor at Russellville High School. I teach at Northwest-Shoals Community College adjunct, University of North Alabama adjunct, and work at North Alabama Medical Center on the Post-surgical unit at least once a month.
