I have over 10 years experince in the restaurant and hospitality industry. 

Ive worked at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, I was responsible for banquet orders and have experience working culinary production and events that catered to more that 2000 people

Ive worked atthe San Sebastian festivals with thousand of patrons in San Juan, PR as FOH manager and BOH line cook Smoke It and More Cigar Bar. 

Ive worked at Maman Wynwood, Miami, Fl as a pastry cook in the commisary kitchen that caters to 10 location though out South Florida.
