I began my career at the bedside and evolved into population health and care management operations — giving me a 360° understanding of how healthcare systems truly function.

With over 18 years in healthcare, I’ve worked directly with complex populations while supporting quality improvement initiatives, care gap outreach, interdisciplinary coordination, and transitions of care. I understand how regulatory frameworks, reimbursement models, and operational workflows impact both patient outcomes and organizational performance.

As an MBA candidate, I am intentionally pivoting toward strategic leadership roles in population health and healthcare operations. I am particularly driven by value-based care transformation, measurable quality improvement, and aligning clinical excellence with financial sustainability.
