Hello! My name is Sofia Ortiz Calva. I’m currently enrolled at Lamar University studying business marketing. I have two years of social media marketing experience. I’ve been working in the retail/service industry for almost five years. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and have professional working proficiency in American Sign Language. Experience

I’ve been working in the service and retail field for almost five years. Anything from food service as a barista and server at Caroline’s Seaside Cafe from 2020-2021 to fashion retailing as an opener/closer at Lucky Brand Jeans (2019-2020) and Vintage Threads and Grails (2017-2018). I also have experience in animal care, working at Petsmart as a dog groomer from 2021-2022. As far as marketing goes, I’ve been running social media marketing campaigns for a small business named Lulu’s Buns for over two years.

I am currently enrolled as a Business major at Lamar University.
