About Sirazul Haque:

I am an optical engineer with over 7 years of experience. Among my specializations are optoelectronic devices, ray optics, wave optics, Fourier optics, nanophotonics, diffractive optics, plasmonics, gratings, photonic crystal cavities, microcavity, meta lens, liquid crystal design, Purcell and Q factor analysis, luminescent down-shifting, semiconductor device, and solar cells. Some of the projects I worked on: 

  • Projects 1: Optical setup, alignment, and troubleshooting 
  • Project 2: Building free-space spectroscopy, interferometry, and femtosecond laser setup,
  • Project 3: Optical modeling and fabrication of metasurface, metalens, micro-cavity and patterning 
  • Project 4: Developing scientific tools using Python,
  • Project 5: Ray optics analysis using Zemex and Wave optics using FDTD,
  • Project: 6: Optimization using Design of Experiment (DoE) using multivariate statistical analysis, JMP 
  • Project 7: Design, fabrication, and characterization of nanophotonic structures
