Human Resources experience, Complete background checks on all new hires, license verification on all nurses, cna's, and lvn's.
Bi-weekly payroll for 100+employees, salaried, part-time, full-time and hourly. Input PTO hours (also keeping track of paid time off), sick pay, and holiday pay.
Marketing for the facility in all areas North of Dallas. Maintain vendor and client relationships.
Handle all incoming referrals, sending up for authorizations, verifying insurance, tours for the facility, getting all the clinical information from the hospitals and or other care centers. Meeting with the patient and family to answer and questions or concerns and completing all admission paperwork.
Onboarding all new hires, Background checks, set-up drug testing, biweekly payroll submitted into ADP. Tracking PTO, collecting W2 and I-9 information, updating employees files and keeping information under lock and key. GL coding all invoices (600-1000) and making sure there are no discrepancies. Keeping track of all credits and making sure they are applied. Cutting weekly checks out to vendors. Creating monthly employee newsletter.
