Operating across multiple routes while meeting strict turnaround times and maintaining clear communication with laboratory personnel.

Highly experienced healthcare and administrative professional with over 15 years of service in Veterans Affairs medical systems, combined with hands-on experience in medical transportation, patient support, and delivery operations. Demonstrated expertise in hospital administration, eligibility determination, admissions coordination, patient movement, and regulatory compliance within fast-paced healthcare environments.
Extensive background supporting clinical operations during both standard and after-hours shifts, including serving in supervisory and decision-making roles such as Administrative Officer on Duty. Proven ability to interpret federal regulations, maintain confidentiality, manage emergency situations, and coordinate patient transfers across VA and non-VA facilities.
Additional experience includes medical and laboratory-related transportation, patient appointment transport, and multi-route delivery services, with a strong emphasis on safety, punctuality, HIPAA compliance, and compassionate service. Well-versed in route planning, time management, EMR systems, and professional communication.
