I also assisted with administrative duties and collaborated with co-workers to rewrite the county rules and regulations for in-home daycare sanitation. Previously, I worked as a Pharmacy Technician and a Patient Access Representative, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, communication, prescription processing, billing, and coding. Additionally, I have received multiple honors for my outstanding performance and dedication in the US Air Force, where I served as an Airmen and received advanced technical and leadership training.
