My core competencies include environmental health, sanitation, pharmacy, customer service, and data management. In my most recent role as a Regional Environmental Health Technician, I created and maintained a system for scheduling and inspecting 89 in-home daycare facilities in Cumberland County, ensuring compliance with county requirements and implementing corrective actions. I also assisted with administrative duties and collaborated with co-workers to rewrite the county rules and regulations for in-home daycare sanitation. Previously, I worked as a Pharmacy Technician and a Patient Access Representative, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, communication, prescription processing, billing, and coding. Additionally, I have received multiple honors for my outstanding performance and dedication in the US Air Force, where I served as an Airmen and received advanced technical and leadership training.

Currently, I hold an Associate of Science in Public Health. I am working towards a Bachelor's of Science in Public Health with 93/120 credits completed.
