I am a dedicated educator with a strong background in teaching and coaching, specializing in K-12 special education, general education, and career and technical education. Over the years, I’ve developed expertise in creating inclusive learning environments, managing diverse student needs, and fostering meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

As a Special Education Teacher at Gregory-Portland ISD, I provide small group and inclusion instruction, develop and implement IEPs, manage data collection, and lead a team of paraprofessionals. I’ve been recognized for my ability to connect with students, my attention to detail, and my advocacy for students' success.

Previously, as a Kindergarten Teacher at Ingleside ISD, I quickly adapted to a new grade level, developing creative lessons and building strong communication with parents. My efforts were praised for driving student success and creating a structured, nurturing environment.

In my roles as a Teacher/Coach at both Corpus Christi ISD and Tyler ISD, I taught a variety of courses, including Career Technology Education, General Employability, and Lifetime Nutrition, while also coaching cheerleading teams. At Tyler ISD, I pioneered the initiative for Special Education students to attempt certification exams, furthering their career opportunities. My time management skills, ability to create inclusive classroom environments, and effective communication were consistently recognized.

Earlier in my career, I worked in Dealer Relations at Strategic Dealer Services, where I managed client communications, provided administrative support, and received recognition for my initiative and teamwork.

My diverse experience in education and leadership, along with a commitment to student-centered solutions, makes me highly adaptable and capable of thriving in dynamic roles.
