gathering records, draft demand letters, JD, WC, Criminal, Litigation, pre-suit legal correspondence&
PI, MVA, slip & falls, gathering records, catastrophic & non catastrophic cases. I have effectively
managed various emergency requests and data entry tasks. Formulates teaching curricula/outlines
and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures,
demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops. Researches, designs, develops and refines
curricula and training materials for courses. Selects or develops teaching aids such as training
handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference
workshops. Conducts training sessions for specified areas e.g., customer service, billing systems,
