I’ve always loved puzzles—whether that means uncovering creative ways to meet a customer’s needs using existing functionality, coordinating the migration of enterprise clients from a legacy platform during a corporate merger, or simply working through a jigsaw puzzle at home. I’m energized by challenges that require curiosity, pattern‑recognition, and thoughtful problem‑solving.
One of the most unique things about me is that I’m genuinely position‑agnostic. I find just as much fulfillment in program management as I do in client management. Experience
I bring a rare blend of technical depth, cross‑functional leadership, and long‑term ownership across the full lifecycle of SaaS platform delivery, with more than a decade of driving successful outcomes for enterprise clients. Over the years, I’ve served as a Customer Success Engineer, Project Manager, Release Manager, Functional Tester, Trainer, Scrum Master, and System Analyst—and I’ve genuinely enjoyed each role.
My experience spans managing release cycles, overseeing enterprise client migrations, implementing and customizing complex SaaS solutions, building API integrations, designing functional entities, authoring documentation, and training both internal teams and clients. I’ve optimized processes through Agile and Kanban adoption and maintained high release quality through extensive testing, automation, and log analysis.
I’ve also contributed to infrastructure improvements, supported AWS migration initiatives, and protected platform uptime through load testing and proactive issue resolution. Across every role, I’ve focused on improving efficiency, strengthening platform reliability, and enabling both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to succeed.
