I’m the leader organizations call when the work is ambiguous, high‑risk, or on fire. I build programs from scratch, fix what’s broken, and deliver inspection‑ready execution across CMC, Operations, and Global Manufacturing.

With 25+ years in biotech, I’ve learned that my real motivation comes from helping people succeed. Whether I’m building systems, solving complex problems, or developing talent, I genuinely love the work.

I thrive in start‑ups and early‑stage environments. Four of the five companies I’ve supported were in build‑mode, and I excel in the momentum and ambiguity that come with creating something from the ground up. When there’s no infrastructure, no roadmap, and no institutional knowledge, that’s where I do my best work — learning fast, finding the gaps, and turning chaos into clarity.

I’m known for building strong cross‑functional and global partnerships, aligning teams, and bringing colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders together to deliver results. I bring structure, creativity, and a collaborative mindset to every challenge — and I’m at my best in fast‑paced environments where innovation and execution meet.

I’m a builder‑operator with a long history of helping early‑stage biotech teams move from concept to execution. I began my career leading start‑up preclinical R&D operations and later grew into commercial manufacturing, CMC, and program leadership—experience that taught me how to build systems that not only work, but scale.

I’m often the person organizations turn to when nothing exists yet. I learn quickly, spot what’s missing, and create the structure and alignment teams need to move forward with confidence. Over the years, I’ve built PM frameworks, led FDA remediation efforts, strengthened global customer relationships, and delivered operational turnarounds across CMC, Operations, and Project Management.

What motivates me most is helping teams succeed. I take pride in transforming early‑stage ambiguity into clear, disciplined, inspection‑ready execution that supports growth and builds trust across an organization.

I hold a B.S. in Animal Science and Veterinary Technology from Mount Ida College.
