About Shannon Barham:

Good afternoon, I am Shannon Barham. I am currently the HR Coordinator for Novant Health- New Hanover Regional Medical Center within the People & Culture Team. I have been a dynamic educator for the past 30 years, and am seeking a full time position in Leadership and Organizational Development. I am an active advocate for individuals with different abilities within our community, and serve on several board/committees.
