I've been with the Department of Social Services since 2007.  Starting off as a Benefit Programs Specialist, I've grown to different levels within the organization, i.e., Senior Worker, Supervisor and currently Training Analyst.  I've processed, supervised and now train benefit programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, Long Term Care, Auxiliary Grants and VaCMS.

Training Analyst - City of Richmond Department of Social Services

• During my tenure as the H. S Supervisor, I supervised the ongoing Long Term Care unit, which housed over 7,000 ongoing cases for the City of Richmond citizens. 
• My team processed all Auxiliary Grant applications and maintained ongoing case file, processed between 150-200 DMAS 225 changes monthly, updated financial electronic system called Harmony to process AG monthly payments, AG rate increases, etc. and all other ongoing aspects of caseload management.
• Currently in Training Analyst position, I’m going through the process of receiving certification in Training and Facilitation through ATD. 
• Current VDSS – Adjunct credentialed trainer in ABD, Phase II (Aged, Blind & Disabled) in Medicaid.
• Currently Obtaining VDSS – Adjunct credentialing in VaCMS Basics
• Curate in-house training for Long Term Care, Auxiliary Grant, ABD Refresher & Job Aids.
