About Sha’ree Keys:
I am an office manager at a very fast paced Dental practice. I am easy going and take pride in my positive attitude along with my drive. I work well with others. I started out as just a dental assistant and worked my way up very fast by my constant drive and ability to lead and get things done while having an encouraging tone with my team. I have been managing the dental office for 2 years now, but also have experience managing in the restaurant business while I was in school. I currently am in charge of ordering, maintenance, OSHA, payroll, all events, daily running of the office, expanded functions dental assisting when needed with the Doctor, and many other administrative duties. I am extremely friendly and proud to say I have a “I can figure it out” personality.
Experience
I graduated high school in 2009. I went to Hiwassee College for 2 years to obtain my associates degree and then went to Dental Learn Center. I then worked in a General dental office for over a year before being offered a job in Oral surgery. I worked for an oral surgeon for 6 years and took over ordering of all his location within the 1st year. I then also took over his Implant coordinator position while still maintaining my chairside position. I then was a stay at home mom for two years before joining my current practice. It was there I learned my true passion for managing and seeing my drive hit it‘s true stride. Within the first year, I was in charge of ordering, maintenance, and OSHA. In the second year I was set up to be sent back to school for my Expanded Functions Degree and lead assinstant. I was promoted to Office manager 6 months later. I am now being asked to help open up new locations. I currently looking to grow outside of the medical field because I feel a calling to connecting with people more and new environment.
