Engineer Manufacturing II
Responsible for all engineering and maintenance of the Honeywell
Cartersville facility. Responsible for establishing a maintenance program
for all of the Honeywell equipment. This includes a maintenance
schedule and a checklist for each piece of equipment. Created standard
work instructions for various pieces of equipment to better monitor
performance and obsolescence of equipment. Facilities Management for
the entire plant site including capital and maintenance projects. This
includes submitting projects, scope preparation, construction management,
working with outside contractors, etc. Responsible for purchasing all
maintenance materials and equipment including rentals. Hiring of
employees and employee evaluations. Manage Lean Manufacturing

2014 – 2017 Equipment Innovators
Operations and Engineering Manager
Responsible for all operations and engineering of truck bodies, lift
trucks, coolers and custom fabrication. This includes purchasing of all
materials for manufacturing, bidding, and vendor evaluation. Facilities
Management for the entire plant site including capital and maintenance
projects. Hiring of employees and employee evaluations. Manage Lean
Manufacturing initiatives and reduced man hours on one line 50%.
2012 - 2014 Pennant Construction Management
Construction Manager/Project Manager
Responsible for all phases of construction on various projects including,
scope and specification preparation, bidding, bid analysis, award and
monitoring of the construction process through completion including
change orders requested by the owner as well as changes deemed
necessary through the construction process. Collaborated with Inspectors
and fire marshals to meet city, state and federal guidelines regarding all
regulations associated with the construction projects. Originated
specifications for the City of Euharlee projects including Joe Cowan Park,
Nature Trail Pavilion and Old Mill Restoration Projects. Most recent
project produced a return of twenty eight percent.

Manage and direct the engineering department in the development and
redesign of the TUG Core tractor units. Emphasis on the redesign
included customer focus, warranty issues, maintenance, cost reduction
manufacturing efficiency and technological advances. Successful in
decreasing the assembly time of the belt loader tractor by 37% with a
current material cost reduction of 12%. Develop and implement
international outsourcing strategy for TUG Components including the
fabrication of tractor frames, wheels, and wiring harnesses from China,
India, and Mexico. Resolve customer and assembly issues to enhance lean
manufacturing principles.

new installations of equipment and building expansions for the Kennesaw
facility. Achieved Kennesaw Manufacturing record of over four million
dollars in units produced for one month.

2001 – 2002 Maintenance Manager
Responsible for establishing and managing all preventive maintenance
programs for the Kennesaw and Marietta TUG facilities. PMs include
Fire systems, HVAC, lighting, compressors, etc. Performed project
management for new installations including: lighting, Test Cell, 200 HP
compressor install, paint/blast booth installations, hoist installations, office
modification, etc. Awarded the “TUG TUFF” employee of the quarter.
