Sara Lee

Hello, my name is Sara Lee after living in Arkansas most of my life I made a decision in Summer of 2023 to move here to Tennessee. I got married in December of 2023 and have been settling down with my husband. I am excited to be making a life here and wanting to find my forever job that I can make a career out of.

Paraprofessional SIGNAL CENTERS-Chattanooga, TN August 2023 to Present I am in a room with a lead and assistant teacher helping with 3–4-year-old kids. I help with getting them to the tables for breakfast time then potty training, watching them play outside, helping to make sure kids are checked in and out each day, help get them down for nap time and then do some cleaning. I basically just watch the kids and help when the lead and assistant need it. 

Wal-Mart Associate Walmart-Russellville, AR January 2023 to July 2023 I worked in the housewares department, and I basically was responsible for putting up returns and zoning the area and making the shelves look presentable for the customers. Which included pulling things forward and taking empty boxes and trash off the shelves as well. I also would have to work Top stock which was pulling the items from top of shelf and putting them in their place as customers bought the products. I have had to work the cash registers as well when they were busy or shorthanded. I would also have to do price changes on some items along with setting up new mod features. My reason for leaving Walmart was because I moved here to Tennessee for a new experience and life. 

Office Assistant Sanford Law Firm-Russellville, AR July 2016 to October 2022 My role as an Office Assistant included being part of the process of closing cases. I also edited invoices before sending out for payments. I answered the phones, sending emails to clients, took payments for clients, helped Attorneys get ready to meet new clients, greeted clients that came in to meet with their Attorneys, schedule meetings between clients and attorneys. I also helped get attorneys ready for court which would include making copies and if needed prepping trial binders as well. As of May 2022, I transitioned over to a Legal Assistant which I helped assist the Paralegals in drafting a few different types of documents in Microsoft Word and would make phone calls to clients to get additional information. I also handled the Trust Account making sure each payment was accounted for and was billed to the correct cases. I also have some experience in Excel and Google Docs as well as Microsoft word and outlook email. 

Infant Room Lead Teacher ABC Children's Academy-Dardanelle, AR January 2013 to June 2016 I was the lead teacher in the Infant Room. I was responsible for filling out the monthly paperwork, making sure we had plenty of supplies which included water, formula, baby food. I was also responsible for opening the center in the mornings and greeting all the parents that came in with their kids. I also filled out a daily sheet that went home at the end of the day that showed the time of their changes and bottles and what baby food they ate for the day. Putting them down for naps and sanitizing toys while they were down for naps. Washing their blanket and sheets weekly was part of the job as long as cleaning and mopping the room. I was CPR certified, but when I left the daycare I didn’t keep up with it
